We're off to Torino to attend the Slow Food Salone del Gusto. I'm hoping to be able to blog from Torino, but you just never know how the internet connection will be. This is a massive conference with producers from all over the globe coming in to show off their wares, discuss food trends and politics, host tastings, put on demonstrations etc etc etc etc.
I have a feeling this will be a huge dose of inspiration!
