Judith Klinger is the author of the recently released CookVook, Cooking Simply the Italian Way. Judith Klinger and Jeff Albucher offer private chef services and cooking classes in Umbria, Italy and New York City.
Judith Klinger is a home cook, private chef, cooking instructor, writer, food blogger, photographer and creator of Aroma Cucina. Judith earned culinary degrees from the New York Restaurant School, and Ital.Cook, a Slow Food institute located in Jesi, Italy where she attended master classes dedicated to regional Italian cooking. Judith is a member of Slow Food, the Culinary Historian Society of New York, Federazione Nazionale Personal Chef and the International Association of Culinary Professionals. In 2010, she was awarded a prestigious IACP Special Recognition Award. She also serves dinner at home almost every night.
